In July 2017, Goldmann Engineering started a program of business administration learnerships for youths (school leavers).  The learnership is for 1 (one) year and allows young people to make their first contact with business administration, store processes, work culture and ethic.

Candidates are selected from previously disadvantaged groups.  These learnerships help to build up the skills and especially the employ-ability of these young people.
